Botivo served hot with a clove-studded lemon wedge. A bittersweet alternative to a hot toddy, with or without the optional whiskey.
Ingredients
- 25ml Botivo
- 150ml Hot water
- For an alcoholic version
- 25ml Whiskey

Lemon wedge studded with cloves

Method
- Pour 25ml Botivo into a mug.
- Top with 150ml hot water.
- For an alcoholic version, add 25ml whiskey.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge studded with cloves.
