Ingredients

  • 25ml Botivo
  • 35ml Whiskey
  • 10ml Sweet wine
  • Soda water, to top up

Garnish

Bay leaf

Method

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.
  • Add 25ml Botivo, 35ml whiskey and 10ml sweet wine.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Stir gently once.
  • Garnish with a bay leaf.
