Whiskey Highball
Whiskey, sweet wine and Botivo lengthened with soda water. A long, bitter highball built over ice and finished with a bay leaf.
Ingredients
- 25ml Botivo
- 35ml Whiskey
- 10ml Sweet wine
- Soda water, to top up

Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add 25ml Botivo, 35ml whiskey and 10ml sweet wine.
- Top with soda water.
- Stir gently once.
- Garnish with a bay leaf.
