  • 25ml Botivo
  • 50ml Woodford
  • 15ml Egg white

Garnish

Lemon twist

Method

  • Add 25ml Botivo, 50ml Woodford and 15ml egg white to a shaker.
  • Shake without ice for 10 seconds to build the foam.
  • Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
