  • 25ml Botivo
  • 25ml Calvados or cider brandy
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 2.5ml Ginger syrup

Method

  • Add 25ml calvados or cider brandy, 25ml Botivo, 25ml lemon juice and 2.5ml ginger syrup to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake hard for 10 seconds.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  • Garnish with a mini apple.
