Ingredients
- 25ml Botivo
- 75ml Grapefruit juice
- Soda water, to top up
- or
- 150ml Grapefruit soda
- For an alcoholic version
- 25ml Tequila

Pink grapefruit wedge

Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour 25ml Botivo over the ice.
- Add 75ml grapefruit juice and top with soda water, or use 150ml grapefruit soda in place of both.
- For an alcoholic version, add 25ml tequila.
- Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.
