Ingredients
- 25ml Botivo
- 150ml Elderflower tonic
- or
- 15ml Elderflower cordial
- 150ml Tonic water
Garnish
Lemon wedge and fresh thyme sprig

Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour 25ml Botivo over the ice.
- Top with 150ml elderflower tonic, or 15ml elderflower cordial and 150ml tonic water.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a fresh thyme sprig.
