As a result it can taste synthetic, overly sweet, or simply mimicking it is unable to replicate.

Botivo is made the way great drinks have always been made: slowly, by hand, and with a deep respect for ingredients.
Created by co-founder Sam on Lannock Farm, each batch is made from an aged British apple cider vinegar, slowly infused with rich botanicals to develop its layered, bittersweet complexity.
This isn’t a stand-in for something else. It’s a drink in its own right.

Botivo is a strong liquid so you don't need much. Mix 1 part (25ml) Botivo to 7 parts (175ml) soda water with a generous slice of orange. The orange is key, as it brings out all the flavours - trust us on this!
Botivo is also delicious with tonic and other bubbles, from grapefruit soda to ginger beer - even a splash in your G&T!

What does it taste like?
Invigorating base of British apple cider vinegar infused with bright orange zest, fresh rosemary and thyme and finished with the bittersweet notes of gentian, wormwood leaf and Organic wildflower honey.
How to serve:
Botivo is double strength, think cordial like in its intensity.
Serve 25ml (1 part) Botivo to 175ml (7 parts) soda over ice with a generous wedge of orange.
The orange wedge is key as it brings all the flavours! Thank us later.
Botivo is also delicious with tonic or other bubbles.
